BosScrew™ for Washing Machine Basket
Problem:
Fastener used to assemble motor transmission to the plastic basket in top load washing machine would back out and then break.
Solution:
Customer switched over to BosScrew™ fastener, which eliminates the back out and breaking issue.
Impact:
Since implementation of the BosScrew™, there have been no quality or warranty issues related to broken fasteners in the plastic basket of the top load washing machine.
